1. What Yuzu provides
Yuzu helps you search for and compare flights, destinations and trip ideas. Yuzu does not operate flights or accommodation. Travel purchases are completed with airlines, hotels or other booking providers, and their terms apply to those bookings.
Prices and availability can change between a search and checkout. Displayed prices are estimates based on the information available when results were retrieved; they may exclude baggage, taxes or other provider charges. Always check the final price, itinerary, baggage allowance and cancellation conditions on the booking provider’s website.
You are responsible for checking passports, visas, transit rules and connection times, including transfers between separately booked flights.
2. Your account
You can browse public pages without signing in. Some features require a Google account and some require Pro access. Use an account you are authorised to use, keep access to it secure and notify us if you believe someone has accessed your Yuzu account without permission.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and purchase any subscription you select. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Pro subscriptions and payments
Available features, prices, currencies, billing periods and any trial conditions are shown on the Pro page and at checkout. Review the final checkout details before paying. Paddle processes subscription payments and provides the applicable purchase terms at checkout.
Recurring subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled. If a trial is offered, the checkout explains its duration and any payment due afterwards. Complimentary access lasts for the period granted and does not itself renew automatically.
You can manage your subscription and request cancellation in your account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period; check the effective date shown in your account. Signing out, removing the Google connection or stopping use of the site does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests can be raised with Paddle through your purchase receipt or with us using the contact details below. Refunds are handled under the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Acceptable use
Use Yuzu lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users or the service. You must not:
- Access another person’s account, impersonate someone or use payment details without authorisation.
- Bypass access controls, subscription restrictions or request limits.
- Disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or use automated requests that overload it.
- Copy or redistribute protected site content without permission or another lawful basis.
5. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Yuzu available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every price, route or other result remains current. Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, outages or changes to third-party services.
The travel provider is responsible for fulfilling your booking and handling flight changes, cancellations and travel refunds. Contact that provider directly about your booking. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yuzu is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party information or a travel provider’s actions. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Ending use of the service
You may stop using Yuzu at any time. For account deletion, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy. Resolve any active subscription before deleting your account.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, non-payment or a legal requirement. You can contact us to ask about a restriction.
7. Privacy and changes to these terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including Google sign-in data. We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will be published here, and we will provide notice of material changes where required.
